Holiday Showhouse Campaign

Palencia’s Holiday Showhouse became an annual marketing event. What started as a way to attract Realtors and VIPs to model homes, become a full-fledged fund raiser for charities and an outlet for local interior designers. We staged several open-house events for different groups each with their unique, invitation, catering and entertainment all designed to show new model homes and Christmas decorations. We held off-site events where Mary Kay representatives and local hair dressers gave homeless women staying at Trinity Rescue Mission a “day of beauty.” We sold little ads in a B&W magazine to raise money for St. Francis House, Builder’s Care, Trinity Rescue and Jacksonville Humane Society. We made newspaper ads, posters, flyers, statement stuffers, magazine ads, and other collateral. The campaign was so successful that after 5 years, other communities requested permission to use our logo and concept.
